He was predeceased by: his parents, Kyle Ussery and Betty Jean Heafner Paxton; and his brothers, Kenny Ussery and Kyle Ussery. He is survived by: his daughter Amber Nicole Ussery; his grandchildren, Oktober Shay Matthews and Belladonna Winter Matthews; his brother Randy Ussery; and his niece Monica Ussery.
