He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Columbus Chapman and Vivian Elon Sirmons Chapman; his brothers, Danny Chapman, David Chapman and Victor Chapman; and his daughter Valerie Chapman.
He is survived by: his wife Tinh Chapman; his children, Mechau Mowbray (Wayne), Otis Chapman and Vickie Arlene Gatliff (Wayne); his grandchildren, Miles Vail (April), Skye Mowbray, Abigail Chapman, Kara Chapman, Neily Chapman, Tristan Yount and Gharet Yount; and his great grandchild Madison Pickett.
