She is survived by: her husband Howard Ray Hix, Sr.; her children, Jane Hix Dudley (Robert Brent Dudley) of Fairhope, Alabama and Howard Ray Hix, Jr. (Ashlye) of Fairhope; her grandchildren, Madeline Jane Dudley, Howard Ray Hix, III, Robert Brent Dudley, Jr. and Win Davis Hix; and her brother Gary Byrd of Huntsville, Alabama..
