She was predeceased by: her parents, Buster Hartley and Sarah Cobia Hartley; and her husband William F. Decker. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Dawn Popwell of Dothan, Wayne Allen Decker (Paula) of Dothan and Christopher Wade Decker (Brandi) of Ashford; and her grandchildren, Shelby Easton (Trent), Hannah Popwell, Kasey Woodham (Ty), Bailey Decker, Bryson Decker and Madison Decker.
