She is survived by: her children, Anthony Neel (Billy), Linnie Neel (Gene) and Andrew Neel (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Gene Suggs Jr., Hannah Suggs, Rhiannon Suggs, Emily Neel, Curtis Neel, Savannah Land and Xavier Mora; and her siblings, Pattie Strate, Arthur Obar, Jr. (Barbara), Emile Obar, Jill Obar-Deal (David), Delia Minnick, Carol Hunter and Rhonda Pipkin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
