It is with sadness that the passing of Punola Leslie (Dothan, Alabama) is shared. Punola, born on July 31, 1933, passed away on September 9, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alford James Bishop and Esther Hogans Bishop; her son Michael Leslie; and her siblings, Willie Pearl Feggins, Elvira Coppin, Virginia Daniels and Vernon Bishop.
She is survived by: her children, Dorothea Culver of Headland, AL, Karl Leslie, Jr. (Chyrell), Green and Ralph Leslie of Headland, AL; her sister Jeanette Johnson of Headland, AL; and her grandchildren, Melissa Hall (Richard), Crystal Jenkins (Roy), Michael Culver, Daneen Mendoza (Zymeis), Danyasius Leslie and Demetrus Leslie (Asia). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (912 State Ave, Dothan, AL 36303).
