He is survived by: his wife Patsy Humphrey Crutchfield; his children, David Crutchfield (Sonia) and Dawn Hankins (Kraig); his sister Kaye C. Stoudermire; his brother-in-law Danny Humphrey (Joy); his grandchildren, Brighton Hankins, Bronwen Hankins, Baron Hankins, Mason Crutchfield (Mackenzie) and Mitchell Crutchfield; and his great grandchildren, Benjamin Hankins, Zaida Cole, Noah O'Banion, Sawyer Crutchfield and Cory Crutchfield. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
