She was predeceased by: her parents, F. Dale Hoover and Dorothy Hoover. She is survived by: her husband Charles E. Judy; her sons, Eric Judy (Kim) and Brad Judy (Dana); her grandchildren, Madeline Wheeler (Matt), William Judy (Anna) and Grayson Judy; her great grandchildren, Evelyn and Eloise Wheeler; her siblings, Roger Hoover (Shay), Pamela Heim (Lowell), Ann Edgin (Glen) and Susan Hancock (Jim); and her sisters-in-law, Janice Petrie (Claude) and Marsha Cressman. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many friends.
