He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Rogers and Ava Goodson Rogers; his brother Alvin Herbert Rogers; and his in-laws, Charles and Peggy Johnson.

He is survived by: his wife Lea Ann Rogers; his son Clinton Ashley Rogers; his grandchildren, Caroline, Piper and Cooper Rogers; his brother Chris; his sister-in-law Michelle Johnson; his niece Nicole Wallace; and his nephew Kyle Johnson.

Outside of work, Randy was a dedicated Mason in Florida, embodying the fraternity's values of brotherhood, truth, and charity.
