He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Whitlock; and his father Ervin Bradshaw. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Lisa Reeves, Donna Gourly, Todd Bradshaw, Bill Thompson and John Sullivant; and his sister-in-law Bettye Bradshaw.
