He is survived by: his wife Lula Myrl Miller; his sons, Larry Miller (Tina), Gary Miller (Lisa) and Brent Miller (Lora); his stepchildren, Gail Ramsey, Dale Lutrell (Beverlye), Jeff Lutrell and Eric Lutrell (Tina); his grandchildren, Kristina Heming, Malissa Creamer, Jonathan Miller, Jason Miller, Robbie Miller and Elisabeth Hoole; and his siblings, Randy Miller (Angie), Ronald Miller (Kathrine), Rodney Miller (Janice), Betty Curren (Terry) and Katherine Spotts. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
