He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. W. T. Parrish and Zona Hines Parrish. He is survived by: his wife Susan Seaborn Parrish; his daughters, Ashley Hamrick (Rich), Katie Wilder (Bradley) and Lauren Parrish; his grandsons, Charlie and Wilson Hamrick; and his siblings, Clay Parrish (Allyson), Malissa Williams (Ted) and LaNelle Smith (Joe).
