We are sad to announce that on February 6, 2022, at the age of 82, Richard Kenneth Tolbert Sr. of Dothan, Alabama, born in Columbus, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Franklin Tolbert, Sr. and Thelma Lou McIntosh Tolbert; his grandson Elijah Tolbert; and his sister Betty Andrews. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Tolbert; his children, Vickie Clearman (Tim) and Richard Tolbert, Jr. (Pamela); his grandchildren, Amy Rodriguez (Rene), Lori McCarty (Omar), Heather Caster, Ricky Tolbert, Sarah Chandler and Jessica Flowers (Charles); and his great grandchildren, Nathan, Noah, Derek, Natalie, John Allen, Zion, Kennedy, Nora, Olive, Maille, Declan, Charles, Elijah, Madeline, Katelyn and Ashlyn.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made in his name to: Southern Chihuahua Rescue and Adoption (Animal Shelter).
