“One of the greatest men I had the priviledge of working so many weekends side by side with in the hot food window at Outback. Even being the same age, I respected Richard and how hard he worked but it was way more than work. It was the laughter, the encouragement, the Outback family!! He will be greatly missed. Charlie, my youngest son is your age. I always kept up with you through your dad. There was so much love and pride that would pour out of him when he talked about you. Parents aren't perfect and sometimes our choices hurt our kids, but your dad never ever meant his to hurt you. He loved you so much. You are part of the Outback family and loved dearly because of the love your dad had for you. Farewell Richard, my dear friend, you were and always will be loved!!”
