He was predeceased by: his parents, Mac Waldrop and Ruby Ford Waldrop; his wife Diane Waldrop; his son Richard Waldrop, Jr.; and his siblings, Doug, Wayne, Ralph Waldrop, Carolyn Wilson and Maxine Cook.
He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia Justice (Ricky) of Midland City; his stepdaughter Anna Gustavson (Steve); his brothers, Paul Waldrop (Barbara) and Alan Waldrop (Rhonda); and his grandchildren, Baley Fowler (Remington), Braden Justice (Gracie Maupin), Paige Walmer, Dawson Walmer and Kaiden Watkins. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
