He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Woodham and Wanda Woodham; and his wife Melodie Woodham. He is survived by: his friend Melodie Been; his children, Kristen Woodham (Stevie) and Shawn Shepard (Sebrina); his brothers, Melvin Woodham (Rhonda), Michael Woodham (Amy) and James Woodham (Kelly); his grandchildren, Raylee Grantham, Chloe Shepard, Conner Shepard, Kolson Creamer, Mackenzie Creamer, Grayce Creamer, Grayson Creamer and Marissa Shook (Steven); and his great grandchildren, Jensen Shook and Adeline Shook. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
