He is survived by: his wife Gretchen Phillips; his grandchildren, Noel, Bailey and Curtis; his siblings, Tammy, Misty, Gigi and Slade; his stepfather Jim (Sharon); his stepchildren, Caitlin (Dalton) and Justin; Faye. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
