He was predeceased by: his stepparents, Roelaux Willard Black (Fannie) and Erma Lee West Ruffino (Ross); and his siblings, Joann Vassar (Edward) and Samuel Perry. He is survived by: his wife Peggy J. Black; his children, Roelaux Black, Jr. (Cate Trammel), Shawn Black and Bonita Peters (Jim); and his grandchildren, Jamie Peters, Alex Peters, Trey Peters and Rozi Black. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
