He is survived by: his wife Jeanette McCord Thorne; and his children, Martin Thorne of Dothan, Scott Thorne of Dothan, Robby Thompson of Dothan, Roger Thompson of Dothan, Jay Thompson of Dothan and Donna Thorne. He is also survived by two grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
