She was predeceased by: her husband Max. She is survived by: her sister Alice Brackin of Jacksonville, FL; and her children, Phil Tew (Polly) of Nashville, TN, Ty Tew (Cathy) of Slocomb, AL, Scott Tew and Tina Dixon (Tommy) of Lynn Haven, FL.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
