She is survived by: her husband John Michael Hornsby; her children, Michael Childers (Sande), Amelia Childers and Elizabeth Childers; her stepchildren, Heather Hornsby, Christy Newman, Melodie Stephens, Amber Byrd and Mika Hornsby; and her brothers, Rodney Bynum, Jr. and Frank Bynum.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home (2414 Hartford Hwy, Dothan, AL 36305). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
