She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lloyd Allen and Mary Vickery Allen; her daughter Angie Waters; her husband Walter Waters; her daughters, Sherry Richards (Marty) and Genie Turner (Ben); her grandchildren, Whitney Shirah (Blake), Aaron Featherston (Kelsey), Christian Turner, Sam Turner, Hannah Turner, Connie Turner, Arial Roberts and David Evans-Wood; her brother Gary Allen (Hope); and her cousins, Judy Hall and Diane Wagner. She was also cherished by her 10 great grandchildren.
