She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Morrell Dansby and Lois Irene Byrd Dansby; and her siblings, Sybil Adkinson (Billy), Oyed McLendon (Sarah) and Lanell Teal (Jack).
She is survived by: her husband John Popp; her son Chad Helms (Amie); her grandchildren, Carlie and Sam Helms; and her brother Eugene McLendon (Mildred). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Landmark Park in her honor.
