He was predeceased by: his father Jimmy Clyde Baxter. He is survived by: his mother Ann Baxter of Dothan; his son Scotty Michael Baxter (Kristy) of Anderson, SC; his siblings, Rita Ann Parrish of Dothan, Bill Baxter of Dothan and Jim Baxter of Tampa, FL.; his grandchildren, Ireland Baxter, Zoe Baxter and Soren Baxter; his nephew Hunter Parrish; his great-niece Blakley Parrish; his great-nephew Lawson Parrish; his cousins, Michael Brown and Laura Hughes; and his close friends, Michael Schutts and Michael Cruchfield (Holly).
