She was predeceased by: her parents, Carthell Meadows and Irvyl Meadows. She is survived by: her husband John Horn; her children, Jeremy Horn (Allison) of Beaumont and Heather Burright (Dallas) of Chicago, Illinois.; her grandchildren, Garrett Horn, Kate Horn, Ella Burright, Cora Burright and Vivian Burright; and her siblings, Linda Swain (Joe), Gary Meadows (Jo Ann), Johnny Meadows (Linda), Mark Meadows (Kerry) and Jerry Meadows.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for others to continue her legacy of faith by donating to the Ridgecrest Baptist Church Freedom Fund, or to Gideons International or to Southeast Health Foundation.
