She is survived by: her children, Robert Wade (Nattlie) and Stacy Meadows; her grandchildren, Sirlathian Meadows and Tyqwan Meadows (Jasmine Church); her sisters, Linda Horne and Renee Smith; and her caregiver Precious Bennett. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
