It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Lee Koontz of Dothan, Alabama, who passed away on March 23, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Warren Johnson; her husband Frank Koontz; and her sister Marilyn Johnson. She is survived by: her sons, Todd Jacobs (Susan) and Warren Jacobs; her granddaughters, Jessica Geiger (Matt) and Elizabeth Jacobs (Kevin Deal); and her great grandchildren, Kesson and Ellie.
