She is survived by: her children, Marsha Manley Stepler (Harold), Mona LaMerrell Manley and Morris Anthony Manley; her siblings, Clara Sue Roberts Larry and Larry Joe Cobb; her grandchildren, Wade Allen Stepler (Ashley), Mandi Nicole Manley and Miles David Whiddon (Christian); and her great grandchildren, Carly Nicole Thomas, Kali Nicole Richardson, Hazel Lee Whiddon and Jackson Miles Whiddon.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Fowler Family Funeral Home (965 Woodland Dr, Dothan, AL 36301). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
