He was predeceased by: his parents, Merrill Scarborough and Hoyt Scarborough; his brother Donnell Scarborough; and his son Clint Scarborough. He is survived by: his wife Jean Scarborough; his daughter Gayle Scarborough; his stepchildren, Michael McDonald and Tracy Powell; his grandchildren, Leanna Johnson (Eric) and Alex McDonald (Danni); his great grandchildren, Faith, Hadlee, Axel, Evie and Riley; his nephews, Brandon Scarborough (Shelly) and Michael Scarborough (Julie); and his sister Laura Bagwell. He is also survived by many great nieces, nephews, cousins and a wide circle of dear friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home (2414 Hartford Hwy, Dothan, AL 36305). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Memory Hill Cemetery.
