It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernell Trawick of Dothan, Alabama, born in Cottonwood, Alabama, who passed away on August 14, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Trawick (Pete); her parents, George Haisten and Ivy Skinner Rhodes; her siblings, Hazel Rhodes, Vivian Rhodes, LaNell Rhodes, James Edgar Rhodes and Ralph Rhodes; her grandchildren, Jason Kirkland and April Kirkland; and her son-in-law Grady Adams.
She is survived by: her children, Patsy Ryan (Chris), Gail Adams and Donald Trawick (Caryl); her grandchildren, Amanda Monday, Heather Hoffman, Austin Ryan, Corey Trawick, Nicole Ryan and Morris Adams; and her siblings, Lillian Rhodes and Frazier Rhodes (Gail). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
