She was predeceased by: her husband Carlton Cushion, Sr.; her parents, Versie Glover Lane and Will Lee Lane; her siblings, Willie Bunyon Lane, Mary Lizzie Lane Spann, Jacanta Lane (Ceda) and Charles Quinton Lane; her daughter Shannon Renee Cushion; her great grandchild Maverick Jamun Cushion; her great-nieces, Jeneshia Lane and Tiffany Lane; and her stepdaughter Sara Whitfield.
She is survived by: her children, Boris Cushion (Chaka) of Dothan, Alabama and LaToya Cushion (Bobby Rogers) of Headland, Alabama; her grandchildren, LaBoris Cushion (BreAnna) of Headland, Alabama, LaNivea Cushion of Montgomery, Alabama, Brenden Rogers and Brayden Rogers; her great grandchild Naomi Noelle Cushion of Headland, Alabama; her steps, Carlton Cushion, Jr. of Charleston and Dr. Minor Lee Cushion of Gainesville, Florida; her stepgrandson Matias Williams of Dothan, Alabama; her daughter Faye Reynolds of Headland, Alabama; her grandson Octavius Reynolds of Headland, Alabama; her sister Ruby Reeves (Nathaniel) of Headland, Alabama; her sister-in-law Shirley Lane of Dothan, Alabama; and her cousins, Martha Fleming, Mary Ann Thornton, Linda White, Catherine Bonds, Fannie Galloway, Evie Lou McDaniel, Evelyn Speed, Ernestine Lane, Catherine McKay, Wylene Thompson, Mae Franklin, Winel Allen and Martha Tullis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
