Virgil Nelson Walker Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virgil Nelson Walker of Dothan, Alabama, who passed away on April 20, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Walton Walker and Ludie Davis Walker; and his wife Lydia Mae Childree Walker. He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Starling of Dothan and Carol Tedder (Billy) of Dothan; his extended family Tressie Trammell (Danny Paul); his children, Kevin Walker (Nina) and Thomas Walker (Tonya); his granddaughters, Sabrina Tingle and Danielle Brionez; and also, Kathy Starling, Carol Tedder and Tressie Trammell. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, twenty-nine great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
