He is survived by: his children, Diana Smith (Rozeallan), Walter Emmanuel, Jr., Robert Emmanuel (Joanna) and John Emmanuel (Lynn); his stepson David Carden (Katie); his grandchildren, Julia Smith, Jessica Holbert, Rozeallan Smith II, Cynthia Emmanuel, Andrea Forehand, Amanda Price, Robert Emmanuel, Jr., Christina Hall, Matthew Emmanuel, Ryan Emmanuel, Kelly Emmanuel and Victor Emmanuel; his great great grandchildren, Jonathan, Hailey, Tage, Trinity and Aria; his stepgrandchild Bronwen Redding (Brian); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ashlyn and Dalton; his sister Shirley Long; and his niece Jean Shiver (Harry).
