It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Jean Dollar of Dothan, Alabama, born in Houston, Alabama, who passed away on July 8, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Napier and Hadee Napier; her husband Winfred Whitehead; her children, Charlotte McCall and Ricky Whitehead; and her siblings, Betty Beverett, Sara Smith, Margie Mathis, Jerry Napier of Billy Napier, J. L and Bobby Napier.
She is survived by: her daughter Sheila Thomley (Mack); her grandchildren, Alyssa Dorsey (Matthew), Kitt Thomley (Alison), Tara Ingram (Eston), Casey McCall (Niki), Charlie Brad McCall, Colby Whitehead (Ashley) and Kirby Bates (Brock); and her close friend Martha Kate Roney. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
