She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar William "Pete" Skinner and Edith Hatcher Skinner; her husband Charles Donald Dukes; her son Stephen Donald Dukes; her siblings, Shelby Gene Skinner and Patricia Skinner Womack; and her siblings-in-law, JC Thurman, Harry Dukes and Inez Henderson.
She is survived by: her children, Deana Still (Tim) and Chris Dukes (Krissy); her daughter-in-law Karron Dukes; her grandchildren, Shannon Dukes, Millie Dukes, Emma Dukes, Jacob Dukes, Elizabeth Still and Hannah Still; her sisters, Florene Thurman, Sara McCallister (Joe) and Linda Bush (Danny); and her sister-in-law Patti Skinner.
