He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Entz and Margaret Orr Entz; his wife Lou Entz; his sister Eileen Schilling; and his daughter-in-law Kerry Entz.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Entz (Lorraine), Linda Campbell (Mike), Steve Entz (Annette) and Doug Entz; his grandchildren, Kristin Johnston (Andy), Michael Entz, Brett Entz, Nancy Leech (Charlie), Brittany Entz and Avery Entz; his great grandchildren, Conley Johnston, Parker Johnston and Colton Leech; and his sister Carol Taylor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
