He is survived by: his children, Susan Morrison (Edward), Dennis Lewis (Sheryl) and Anthony Lewis; and his grandchildren, Kelley Atwell (Mike), Ashley Sunday (Brandon), Ben Meredith, Holly Keefe (John), Keith Lewis, Amanda Nichols (John) and Andy Lewis (Annie). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
