He is survived by: his wife Lisa Tallant; his sons, Jason Foster, Jarod Foster (Jennifer) and Justin Tallant; and his close friends, Jack Webb and Kay Webb. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; several nephews and nieces.
