He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Lynch and Fannie May Welborn; and his wife Janice Carol Welborn. He is survived by: his children, Gregory Ray Welborn, Jonathan Bradley Welborn and Bethany Lanette Moore; and his grandchildren, Savannah Welborn, Trenton Welborn, Haley Welborn, Madison Welborn, Brayden Welborn, Jacob Welborn, JC White, Natalie Moore and Avery Moore.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Moreland Cemetery.
