He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Patricia Morton of Dutton; his children, Andrew Jonathan Morton (Bryna) of Rainsville and Amanda Sims (Billy Jr.) of Winchester, TN; his sisters, Betty Morgan of Scottsboro and Janice Morton of Cartersville, GA; his grandsons, Billy Sims III of Winchester, TN and Elijah Morton of Rainsville; his parents, William Morton and Frances Morton; and his sisters, Jane Peppers and Carol Blair. He was also cherished by Nieces & Nephews.
