She is survived by: her children, Steven Cook (Vanessa) of Mobile, Shaun Cook (Laura) of Pensacola and Christine Jernigan (Donald) of Brewton; her brother Dewayne Carroll of Brewton; and her grandchildren, Arron Jernigan, Christopher Cook, Destiny Cook and Tristin Cook.
