With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Billy Joe Guyer of Eastaboga, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 15, 2025 at the age of 77. He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Young Guyer; his parents, Jessie Creak Guyer and John Maurice Guyer; his brothers, James, Wendell and Terry Guyer; and his grandson Terry Jennings.
He is survived by: his children, Awana Guyer Gibson, Tonya Guyer, John Guyer and Sonya Guyer Fenn; his stepdaughter Sonya Surrett; and his grandchildren, Christopher Poore, Audrey Brooks, Jonathan Jennings, Tasha Guyer, Ethan Guyer, Joe Fenn, Maranda Surrett Hiett and Katy Surrett Miller. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
