He was predeceased by: his parents, Thermon Green and Lurline Green; his wife Marion Green; and his sisters, Anita Stedham and Nancy Malcolm.

He is survived by: his daughter Rita Green Burns (James); his grandchildren, Corbin Pate (Molly) and Jadan Burns; his sister Linda Reynolds; his brother-in-law Glenn Stedham; his niece Kelly Stedham; and his nephew Max Reynolds.
