In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Owen had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Owen may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward and Tabitha Christine Brazzell Freeman; and his siblings, Era Freeman Clark and Roy Freeman. He is survived by: his daughters, Wendy Freeman Burns (Timothy Burns) of Bynum, AL, Cynthia Wren Scarborough (Jason Scarborough) of Phenix City, AL, Phoebe Freeman Forister (David Forister) of Spring Hill, TN and Kristy Susann Laster (Mike Laster) of Hoover, AL; his sister Margaret Pierce; and his great grandchild Carolyn Zeigler Freeman. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren.
