He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Trussell Foy, Sr. and Wonnie Thornell Foy. He is survived by : his wife Linda M Foy; his children, Leanne Colvin (Scotty) of Orange Beach, Alabama and Benjamin S. Foy (Emily) of Inlet Beach, Florida; his grandchildren, Foy Hammock (Wilks), Roe Allen Collins, Jr., Stone Collins (Jordan), McEachern Foy, Evan Renfroe (Jack), Pierce Foy and Trussell Foy; his great grandchild Steele Hammock; and his brothers, Henry Foy (Mary Anne) and Hunter Foy (Jo Ellen).
