We are sad to announce that on June 5, 2025, at the age of 94, Ewell Otto Holley Jr. of Eclectic, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Myra Walls Holley; his son Tony Lynn Holley; his parents, Ewell Otto Holley, Sr. and Etta Warren Holley; and his sisters, Edith Shores, Margaret Thornton and Laura Evelyn Colley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Dianne Ross (Bruce) and Sandra Kay Coram (Tom); his daughter-in-law Ann Plott Holley (Tony); his grandchildren, Christopher Allen Holley (Tara), Janice Lynne Atkinson (Greg), Holley Leigh Cochran and Crystal Marie Yura (Mark); and his great grandchildren, Taylor Chase Atkinson, William Jackson Atkinson, Jonathan Tyler Cochran, Luke Alexander Yura, Hudson Ewell Holley, Gracie Ann Atkinson and Lillian Margaret Yura. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rushenville Baptist Church (10098 Georgia Rd, Eclectic, AL 36024). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in memory of Ewell and Myra Holley to Rushenville Baptist Church, 10098 Georgia Road, Eclectic, Alabama 36024.
