He was predeceased by: his parents, Diana Sue Hart and Jimmy Ray Hart; and his grandparents, George and Luverne Dismukes. He is survived by: his wife Jeanna Jerrell Hart; his children, George Douglas Hart, Jr. (Kennidee), BaLeigh Rae Hart, Jasmine Barr and Rachel Ray; his grandchildren, Ruby Hart, Cyo Lopez and George Douglas Hart III; his brother Jason Hart (Toni); his stepmother Judy Hart; and his stepsisters, Dina Hollingsworth and Kristi McIllwain Bush (Jamie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
