She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Coly and Ruth Fae Mann; her brothers, Richard Mann (Marilyn) and Ronald Mann; and her brother-in-law Joe Gates.
She is survived by: her husband Leonard Craig Butler; her children, Jeana Butler Winter (Aaron) and Leslie Dawn Mundt; her siblings, Virginia Smith (Tommy), Donald Mann (Rita), Arnold Mann (Ann) and Marcia Gates; her grandchildren, Lindsey Kennedy (Adam), Katie Winter, Mason Mundt and Laine Mundt; and her great grandchild Jason Jordan Kennedy. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Thelma Baptist Church (810 Weoka Rd, Wetumpka, AL 36092). A memorial service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at the Gilead Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
