He is survived by: his significant other Tammy Middleton; his children, Kimberly Ellis (Jeffrey), Jessica Betterton (Jamie), Jason Middleton (Brook) and Katie Hardin (Matt); his grandchildren, Braxton, Clayton, Lainey, Tyler, Brodie, Olivia, Mikaia, Alex, Maddie, Chase, Jayden, Kensley, Summer, Madison and Ava; his great grandchild Eden; his sisters, Pat Medders (Tom), Linda McWilliams (Jesse) and Debbie Middleton; his brothers-in-law, Adam Lawrence (Jill), Matthew Lawrence (Jesie) and Josh Lawrence; and his father-in-law Larry Lawrence (Cindy). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
