He was predeceased by: his parents, Dearel Green Speake and Clara Belle Speake; and his brothers, Jimmy, Bobby and Randy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Terry (Holly) and Elaine (Ronald Joe); and his sons, Jeremy, Jarrad (Sherry), Josh and Jamon (Verla). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
